Q: How do I reserve my game package?
A: 1. Select your preferred event date.
2. Choose from our variety of game packages.
3. Browse the photo gallery to pick your favorite games.
4. Call us at 424-465-2552 or complete the contact form. Be sure to include your event’s zip code and date.
Q: When should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your spot. Summer months fill up fast, but early reservations are welcome. Last-minute requests? Contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Q: Do I need to pay in full when booking?
A: No. A $50 or 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due 3 days before the event. Orders over $300 require a 50% deposit.
Q: Is there a damage deposit?
A: Yes, a refundable damage deposit equal to your rental package is required at delivery and returned after equipment inspection.
Q: Who is responsible for the equipment?
A: The customer is responsible for the care and security of rented equipment during the rental period. Any lost or damaged items will be charged to the renter.
Q: Where can games be set up?
A: Games must be set up on firm, dry, flat surfaces (asphalt, cement, or grass). We do not set up on muddy or wet areas.
Q: What if it rains?
A: It’s the renter’s responsibility to monitor weather conditions. If no cancellation is made due to poor weather, no refund will be issued.
Q: Do I need to set up the equipment?
A: No. Our team handles all setup and breakdown to ensure everything meets safety standards.
Q: Why is my ID required?
A: For fraud prevention and quick resolution in case of equipment issues, we may require a valid CA/ID driver’s license for booking verification.
Q: Can I pick up rentals myself?
A: No. We do not offer self-pickup. All rentals are delivered by our team.
Q: Can we set up in parks?
A: Yes, parks are ideal for our games, but please check if permits are required with your local Parks and Recreation Department.
Q: What events are the games suitable for?
A: Our life-size games are perfect for birthdays, corporate events, bar mitzvahs, and more!
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, we carry insurance. If your venue requires a certificate, please notify us in advance.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior are eligible for a credit, though the deposit is non-refundable. If canceled less than 2 weeks in advance, no refund is issued, but a credit can be applied to future rentals within 1 year.
Q: Can I make changes or cancel after full payment?
A: We can accommodate reasonable changes, but no downgrades. Cancellations after full payment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee in addition to the deposit.
