Q: FAQ. When should I make a reservation?
A: We recommend booking at least 3 WEEKS before your event. We only have selected time slots available and they fill up fast, especially during the SUMMER months of June, July, and August (You may also book several months in advance)
A. You can always check with us for short notice bookings we MAY be able to accommodate based on availability.
Q: FAQ. Do I have to pay the full balance when booking?
A: NO, we require a $50 or 50% Non-Refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 3 days before your event by Noon.

Q: FAQ. Are there any other deposits?
A: Yes, we required a REFUNDABLE damage/protection deposit EQUIVALENT TO YOUR PACKAGE. This payment is due at DELIVERY and refunded at PICK UP * Once ALL games/equipment have been INSPECTED and NO pieces are MISSING, or DAMAGED * (A service fee is applied when paying using a credit or debit card on protection deposits)
Q: FAQ. Am I responsible for the integrity of the equipment?
A. Yes, the equipment's security will be the customer's responsibility during their rental period. Any LOSS, DAMAGED, BROKEN or DESTROYED equipment will be charged to the RENTER.
Q: FAQ. What type of surface can the games be played on?
A: You can play on just about any FLAT surface (asphalt, cement, and grass). The surface MUST be FIRM, DRY, and free of any dog POOP, we will NOT set up in muddy, are wet conditions.
FAQ. Will I be required to set up/ break down any of the rental equipment are games?
A. No, to ensure proper assembly ALL items MUST be set up and broken down by the delivery team. This ensures ALL safety measures are met per our insurance policy. (The area for set-up must be free and clear upon arrival)
Q: FAQ. Why is my CA/ID driver's license needed for booking?
A: Preventing fraud is our number one concern.
A: We must verify the renter's identity should any problems arise with our games/equipment.
Q: FAQ. Can I pick up the items myself to avoid the delivery fee?
A: NO, we DO NOT currently allow for customer "pick-ups" of any orders. We will deliver ALL rental orders to the delivery address on the signed Agreement.

Q: FAQ. Can we set up/ operate in public parks?
A: Yes, parks are an excellent place to have the Life Size Games. It is especially important to check with your Parks and Recreation Department to see if there are any permits required.
Q: FAQ. What type of events are the games suited for?
A: Our Life Size games are a great addition for Birthday Parties, Bar Mitzvahs, Schools, Churches, Beaches, Parks, Backyard and Corporate events, and more.
Q: FAQ. Do we have insurance?
A: Yes, we carry insurance, if a certificate is needed for your venue please let us know ASAP. ( A Service fee will be applied )
Q: FAQ. What is our cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations can be done 2 weeks before your event. However, the $50.00 deposit and transaction fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they can be applied towards another event held within 1 yr. of the original booking date.
A. If you wish to cancel a rental with less than 2 weeks' notice, NO REFUND will be issued. A credit will be applied towards the cost of another rental held within 1 yr. of the original booking date.
Q: FAQ. What happens if my balance is paid in full and I wish to make changes are canceled my service request?
A. We will make reasonable adjustments but will not downgrade your package. Any request for a refund at this point will acquire a 50% consolation fee on top of the $50 deposit paid to secure your date.
· The reason for this is we are securing the length of time for your event rental and the hours before and after your event for travel and setup.
· Also, we are turning away potential businesses to honor your reservation.
· Our goal is to make sure your event is covered with the highest quality of service and to ensure your event is memorable.
